Lynn Mayhew General manager, DIrector of BUILD Lynn began his career in construction over 30 years ago, and has managed teams of project managers on nationwide buildout plans for store expansions, conversions, and entirely new stores. He has an intimate knowledge of documented standards and of commercial and residential codes across the country, and his planning and building knowledge give our crews and clients alike tremendous confidence throughout our projects. |
Andy Wiertalla PROJECT MANAGER Andy is a talented and accomplished residential builder with over 10 years of experience. Andy has accumulated a wide variety of building knowledge, budget analysis, scheduling and building codes. Andy manages both our build team and our subcontractors to ensure your project runs smoothly. Andy also works closely with our design team to properly design and build to your budget and properly meet deadlines to enter the building phase. From start to finish Andy is the one to see your project through. |
Blake Brown Material Manager Blake oversees all purchases both in the field and in the office to keep our teams supplied and working efficiently. Supporting both the Design team for selections and our construction team with materials big and small, Blake is essential to getting you the finishes you want in the time and budget you expect. |
Andrew Bobadilla Jobsite Foreman Andrew is a finish carpenter with over 18 years of experience across all of the carpentry disciplines. He is a licensed general contractor himself who has known and worked with David and Joe for much of his career. He is raising a beautiful family and is a Bay Area sports fan (Giants, Niners, Warriors) and enjoys all kinds of music and watching comedy and military movies. |
Joseph Grijalva Lead electrician Joseph learned the electrical trade in the Bay Area oil refineries, where the stakes are high and the details matter. That experience drives him to demand the most from his crew and set an example for cleanliness and craftsmanship that makes us all secure in the design and operation of his electrical, data, audio, and home automation systems. At home with his kids he loves to stay active with Basketball, Competitive Dance and Golf. |
Beau Hawkins jobsite foreman Beau has spent his working life in the trades - all of them. While he is a concrete and foundations specialist, he is also great carpenter. His experience covers an array of construction materials and techniques, and his thirst for knowledge is surpassed only by his willingness to share it. Beau loves watching DIY shows and Documentaries and enjoys fishing and being with his kids. |
Carlton Lew Journeyman Carpenter Carlton has 15 years in construction and residential remodels, primarily kitchens and bathrooms. He is a jack of all trades, but has a specific talent in cabinetry installation. His talent for finishes keeps DRB at the highest standard of craftsmanship and he brings that talent home working on projects around his house. Outside of work he enjoys following the NBA and NFL and enjoys spending time with his family and kids. |
Miguel Morfin Lead Landscaper Miguel is the expert of all outdoors, and brings unique abilities in aesthetics and maintenance. From ground cover to concrete, privacy foliage to play structures, he can pour it, plant it, form it, frame it, stack it, and stamp it to make your project shine (and, most of the time, produce oxygen too). Miguel is a family man as he loves to hang out and play with his kids as the watch new movies and play soccer, their favorite sport. |
Zach McCurdy Master Carpenter Zach is an expert at building stairs and has built some of the most breathtaking pieces you can find. He is a wizard at carpentry and brings a wealth of knowledge and trade tips to our arsenal. On his off time he enjoys woodworking, target shooting and water sports. |
Jose Trinidad Paint & Stain Lead Jose has a wealth of construction knowledge across all of the trades, but is a master of paint and stain. He always knows the best product for the circumstance and right way to apply it for the longest lasting result. He is a leukemia survivor who inspires us to do our best and appreciate what we have and d. Jose and his wife have cultivated three brilliant children and they all love to go camping together. |
Keith Balasia Electrician Keith started with DRB as an apprentice and over the years has flourished into a complete Electrician. He also assists with many other trades that go on into construction both interior and exterior. Keith is a excellent golfer and even competes in tournaments. He also loves to go fishing and cooking at home. |
Fidel Orozco Journeyman Painter Fidel is the perfect tool in DRB's belt as he is yet another jack of all trades. Although he is primarily a painter he has a keen eye for finish carpentry and laying tile. His wide range of skills allows DRB to place him in any scenario. Fidel loves to get outdoors playing sports or going camping. |
